Free Shipping

Securesurveil offers free standard shipping on all orders over $120 CAD to addresses within Canada and the USA.

  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery services only.

  • Order total must be $120 or more before taxes and after discounts.

Express and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.


Shipping Origin

All orders from Securesurveil are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to valid street addresses within Canada and the United States.

Please note:
We do not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, or to any destination outside Canada or the USA.

Address Verification

To ensure successful delivery, all shipping addresses are verified prior to dispatch. If an address is incomplete or invalid, a Securesurveil representative will contact you for an update. Your order will be placed on hold until a valid address is confirmed.
Securesurveil reserves the right to cancel orders with incomplete or unverifiable shipping addresses.

Multiple Shipments

To facilitate faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped in multiple packages and from different warehouses. As such, we cannot guarantee that all products will arrive together or in a single box.

Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, the recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and related charges may apply and are not included in the order total. These fees are assessed by the shipping carrier or customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Securesurveil has no control over these additional charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
