Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from securesurveil.com come with a limited manufacturer warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery. We guarantee that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Extension
For selected products, you may qualify for an extra 6-month extended warranty if you register your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
3. What Is Covered
- Hardware failure under normal usage
- Defective camera lenses or sensors
- Power supply issues not caused by external damage
4. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, water damage, misuse or unauthorized repair
- Products not purchased from securesurveil.com
- Software configuration or compatibility issues
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
- Email support@securesurveil.com with your order number, issue description, and product photos.
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- If eligible, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Return Shipping
In the event of a confirmed product defect, securesurveil.com will cover the return shipping cost. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping.
